At After Dark we want you to feel satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you require a refund or exchange for an unsuitable item, you may do so under the following conditions:
- The goods are returned within 14 days of receipt
- The goods are returned with the correct receipt
- The goods are returned unused and in its original packaging
- The goods are regular stock, and were not ordered/modified especially for you
- The goods are not SALE items specially reduced (by more than 20%)
If an item is returned outside any or all of the above conditions, we will not be able to offer a refund, but an exchange or credit note may be offered at the store manager's discretion.
There are a number of products that cannot be returned if found unsuitable, due to packaging or logistical constraints. Our sales advisors will be able to assist if you are unsure about how our returns policy will affect your purchase.
For your peace of mind, After Dark guarantees all products for 1 year against faulty or defective materials. After Dark will repair or where necessary, replace faulty goods within this period upon proof of purchase. Please note that this policy excludes light bulbs and some accessories.
Many exterior lighting goods come with over 10 or 25 year guarantees meaning that the original manufacturer will repair or replace faulty items within the allotted period.
As well as being happy with our products and service, we also want you to be happy with our prices. In the unlikely event that you should discover the same product cheaper elsewhere, we will always try to match or better the price. Please note that we can only match another store's price upon seeing a formal quote on headed stationary.
Matching prices on websites are strictly at the store manager's discretion.
